Single Currency Conversion

Currency A single currency should be used across the platform (name to be finalized). - Coin This currency will be used for BI Exports and any AI features. Wallet Structure There will be two wallets: Personal Wallet – owned by the individual user. Team/Enterprise Wallet – owned and managed by the team or enterprise’s owner. Wallet Selection If a user is not part of any team or enterprise, only their Personal Wallet will be available. If a user is part of a team or enterprise, the Team/Enterprise Wallet will be selected by default. Users can manually switch between their Personal Wallet and Team/Enterprise Wallet before consuming coins. BI Export Consumption The currency deduction required for each BI Export needs to be defined. Initial Allocation The allocation model for plans needs to be finalized. Questions to decide: How many credits should be included with a Pro License? – 350 coins How many credits should be included with a Team License? - 350 coins Team & Enterprise Usage Permissions If a user is part of a team or enterprise, the permission model needs to be defined. Possible approaches: Option 1: Open Access Any team member can use credits from the Team/Enterprise Wallet. No additional permissions are required. Option 2: Permission-Based Access Team/Enterprise owners can grant or revoke access to use credits from the Team/Enterprise Wallet. Members without permission can only use their Personal Wallet. Option 3: Hybrid Model Team/Enterprise Wallet is available by default. Owners can restrict specific members from using Team/Enterprise credits. Restricted members can continue using their Personal Wallet credits.
